FORTIS SURGICAL HOSPITAL OFFICIAL OPENING CEREMONY

When we first visit the site of the new 31-bed hospital, it was challenging to find an event space to hold a crowd of 300 for the opening ceremony. After much discussion, we decided to transform the carpark/ loading bay into a event ground so we can have a better flow for the new hospital tour. For the better experience of the guests, we transformed the ground by fully air conditioning this semi outdoor environment together with the full set up of the event build up. Top management of Fortis Healthcare together with Dr Amy Khor, Senior Minister of State, Ministry of Health and Ministry of Manpower launching a show case of various congratulatory videos from hospitals and doctors all around the world as part of the opening sequence.
